The presence of CD69 in cancer cells enhanced the advancement of carcinoma cells by ...binding with fibronectin, resulting in a negative outcome for patients.CD69 is known to be expressed on T cells in the excrescence medium (TME) and excrescence- draining lymph bumps (TDLNs). We revealed that CD69 negatively regulates the effector function of intratumoral T cells and importantly controls the’ prostration’ of CD8 T cells. CD69 in controlling the excrescence vulnerable escape intermediated by T cell prostration and indicate that CD69 is a new target for cancer immunotherapy.
