Multiplexed Immunofluorescence Staining Technique For Tumour Profiling
What is ImmunoPlex?
ImmunoPlex is a multiplexed immunofluorescence (IF) technique that simultaneously detects multiple biomarkers in a single section of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue. The process involves a sequential iteration staining of the tissue and detection of the fluorophores, followed by stripping the fluorescent signal.
Omicsveu offers ImmunoPlex Assay Kits that simultaneously stain dozens of biomarkers in a single tissue. Multiple targets can be stained using unique DNA Barcode conjugated antibodies and polymer of fluorophore conjugated complementary probe. When ImmunoPlex is combined with multispectral imaging and analysis, quantitative and histological information can be obtained for unlimited number of biomarkers plus nuclear counterstain with DAPI.
Key Features of ImmunoPlex - Multiplexed Immunofluorescence Staining
A multiplexed immunofluorescence (IF) staining is a spatial proteomics approach that allows the simultaneous detection of multiple protein tumour biomarkers using the same tissue section.
ImmunoPlex protocol works with a wide range of samples including FFPE tissues.
Up to 60 iterations are possible based on the tissue type.
Our portfolio includes a wide range of conjugated antibodies.
High reproducibility.
We also offer conjugation of antibodies based on individual requirements.
How it works
Multiplexed immunofluorescence (IF) staining is a technique used in biological research and diagnostics to simultaneously visualize multiple target molecules within a single sample using fluorescent labels. This technique allows researchers to gain a more comprehensive understanding of cellular and tissue components by examining the spatial distribution and co-localization of multiple biomarkers.

Advantages of OmicsVeu's ImmunoPlex
Addresses the limitations of both traditional IHC (provides morphological context but is limited to the detection of one or two biomarkers per slide) and next-generation sequencing (multiple biomarkers can be detected, but spatial and morphological context is lost).
A simple Four-step operation (revealing, imaging, removing, and cycling). Can be used with 40-50 biomarkers.
Compatible with several sample types
ImmunoPlex enables cyclic analysis of multiple biomarkers while preserving the sample integrity and spatial context
