• It is a simple and reliable method that allows simultaneous detection of both mRNA and protein in the same FFPE tissue section.
• Time-window for single plex (one target mRNA and protein), and multiplex (more than one target mRNA and protein) protocols are between two and four days respectively.
• The method can be used with OmicsVeu’s NanoVIP® for high throughput analysis, and is optimized for the use of all commercially available FISH probes and antibodies to determine tumor tissue specific expression pattern.
