Immunoveu Transcriptomics and Phenomics RNAveu miRNAveu

Our Phenoveu (multiplex IF) technology allows for the simultaneous detection of multiple protein biomarkers using the same tissue section.

Our Transcriptomics and Phenomics technology allows for the co-detection of nucleic acid (DNA or RNA) and protein in the same tissue section.

Our RNAveu technology allows for detection of mRNA expression in your sample with sub-micron level accuracy by using uniquely labeled fluorophore-tagged barcoded probes.

Our miRNAveu technology allows for detection of target miRNA expression and can be combined with other technologies such as RNAveu and Phenoveu.

Research in my lab focuses on comparative and evolutionary genomics of malaria mosquitoes. Physical genome maps allow us to assign chromosome-scale genome assemblies to specific chromosomal arms of mosquitoes. We have been using Omicsveu NanoVIP for over 2 years. We have been using it for fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) of multiple labeled DNA probes with polytene and mitotic chromosomes of mosquitoes. The system is easy to use and gives a lot of flexibility in adapting and modifying protocols. The machine can run multiple protocols at the same time specific for each slide and it's quite user-friendly. It also allows us to replace some of commercial reagents with our own lab-made solutions.  When questions or problems arise with NanoVIP, Omicsveu's customer service quickly provides the necessary support.

We have been using Omicsveu NanoVIP all-in-one fully automated staining system for the last 2 years. It enables automation of any slide-based staining procedures (baking to DAPI mounting), in our lab, we use it for in situ hybridization (ISH)/RNAScope. According to our experience, the system is quite reliable as it delivers high-throughput, high-quality, and reproducible stainings across the runs. We particularly tested for the above aspects in the system using the same assay parameters and were completely satisfied with the outcome.

NanoVIP greatly improved the hybridization efficiency in our ISH / RNAScope assays, which could be due to the precise control of temperature in each slide staining station. We also had a great experience using Omicsveu ready-to-use antibodies, ISH probes, and other company’s reagents on NanoVIP. The most pleasing experience with NanoVIP for us was time saving. It was quite straightforward as the system allows running ten independent protocols simultaneously with various set parameters.

Together, we are very satisfied and highly recommend the NanoVIP All-in-one fully automated staining system, antibodies, and related consumables from Omicsveu .
